April 09, 2010 – Toluca-Lerma, State of Mexico – Grupo FRISA announces the sale of  two land lots better known as Lots 11 and 20, Block 2 within its 120 has. FRISA Doña Rosa Industrial and Technology Park, the total area of the lots consist of  approximately 4,000 m2 in total and were acquired by a Mexican company focused mainly in the machining of metallic components, better known as Metalmod México. This acquisition represents the second investment on behalf of Metalmod within the industrial park, being its main objective the strategic growth of its business by means of a privileged location in one of the country´s main industrial corridors.
